Dill has a bit of an anise-like licorice flavor. Dill has a unique taste, and can spruce up any dish as a garnish, add zing to a potato salad, and round out homemade ranch dressing.

Storage:

• Store in fridge in a bag, ideally in the crisper.​
• Hang in a well ventilated place to dry for preservation.
• Washing herbs a while before they are used diminishes their flavor, so we always give them to you as is straight from the field​. Wash right before use.

Cooking Tips:

• Brings delicious flavor to potato salad, creamed spinach and Persian dill rice.
• Make a simple salad dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and dill.
• A great (and necessary!) ingredient for pickling.
