1 head bok choy, sliced (white and green parts separated)
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup peanuts
1 Tbs. fresh ginger, minced
hot pepper flakes
In a large skillet, heat the oil and add garlic.. Saute until just glistening, 5-7 minutes. Add the white part of the bok choy, a splash of soy sauce, and the ginger. Cook for 3-5 minutes more. Add the greens and cook a minute or two more.
