A fresh green bean is kind of a different paradigm than other green beans. Snack on the particularly slender ones raw to see what we mean. 

Storage:

• Store in fridge in a bag, ideally in the crisper.
• Freezes well for later use.

Cooking Tips:

• Steam, sear on the grill, or toss into a stir-fry.
• Remove the little hat at the top (that's where it was connected to the plant) before cooking or as you eat them.
