These are technically just young onions that haven't formed a bulb. They have a similar flavor but with a fresh, green taste. 

Storage:

• Store in a bag in the fridge- crisper if possible

Cooking Tips:

• Chop up and add a stir- fry or a marinated salad.
• Try them in salad dressing or with your breakfast omelet.
