Lemon balm is a medicinal herb used for its calming and soothing effects. You might try a cup of hot tea with a few lemon balm leaves in the evening to help bring a restful sleep. 

Storage:
​
  • Store with the stems in a glass of water. 
  • Hang in a well ventilated place to dry for preservation.​
  • Washing herbs a while before they are used diminishes their flavor, so we always give them to you as is straight from the field​. Wash right before use.

Cooking Tips:
  • Toss a few sprigs into ice water or hot tea for a mild and soothing flavor.
  • Lemon balm is an excellent digestive aid.
