We grow a variety of lettuces including butterhead, red butterhead, and summer-crisp just to name a few.
Depending on the variety and time of harvest in the seasons, leaves might be more tender or crisper.

Storage:
  • Store in fridge in a bag, ideally in the crisper.

Cooking Tips:
  • We do initial wash but we encourage washing a second time to double check for any friendly critters hanging out between leaves.
  • Chop up and create the fresh, organic salad of your dreams.

Season: Spring, Fall
