We grow a variety of onions including sweet, yellow and red. We distribute fresh onions in summer (milder, juicier) and cured onions in fall (dried down with papery skins, these will store).

Storage:

• Store in fridge in a bag, ideally in the crisper.
• Cured onions are best stored on the counter top.

Cooking Tips:

• Sweet onions are mild and perfect for raw salads. You can also caramelize them, perfect for pizza toppings or any other dish.
• For regular onions, use them alongside garlic and oil as a base for an endless amount of dishes.
