Storage:

• Store with the stems in a glass of water ​
• Hang in a well ventilated place to dry for preservation​
• Washing herbs a while before they are used diminishes their flavor, so we always give them to you as is straight from the field​. Wash right before use.

Cooking Tips:

• Add a pinch to go with your winter squash, salad dressings, or soups.
