Store with the stems in a glass of water or in fridge in a bag, ideally in the crisper

Mince the leaves very finely and sizzle in a pan with seasoning until the butter turns faintly brown to make a simple brown butter sage seasoning. Brown butter sage goes in just about everything. mashed potatoes, roasted squash, pumpkin soup, you name it. If you are hesitant to use such a flavorful herb in the kitchen, trust us on the brown butter thing.
