Our salad mixes include a variety of leafy greens including spinach, arugula, mustard greens and baby lettuce. Sometimes the mix might pack a little bite, and other times it will be a mildly lettuce heavy.  We always double wash them so they are ready to be eaten. Dress it up however you'd like and enjoy.

Storage:
  • Store in fridge in a bag, ideally in the crisper.

Cooking Tips:
  • Delicious enough to eat with just olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • For a simple dressing: grate garlic into a jar, add a bit of honey and Dijon mustard. Add pepper and salt and double the amount of oil as vinegar. Shake well to combine. Squeeze in a lemon if you have it.

Season: Spring, Fall
