Watch the video to get a sense of a sample summer CSA share! Shares are seasonal, so you'll see a lot more greens in the early part of the season, juicy stuff in the summer, and heavier root type veggies in the fall. We do try to balance the shares no matter the harvest such that each week contains one allium (like onions and garlic), one herb, and meal sized quantities of six to eight other items.
