Celery grows best in cool wet regions of California, but we can't help but keep trying here in northwest CT! Ours is often more of a soup celery than an ants-on-a-log type situation. Use it to make soup stock, leaves and all. Or chop the stalks thinly to add lots of flavor to a vegetable soup with tomato, green bean, onion, and the like.
